Shipping Rates

TrendHavenGlobal charges a flat-rate shipping fee, which is displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Tracking information is typically sent via email within 24 to 72 hours after shipment.

Please allow additional time for tracking updates to appear while the carrier processes your package.

Worldwide Shipping

TrendHavenGlobal ships to most countries worldwide.

However, due to international conflicts, government restrictions, carrier limitations, sanctions, or other logistical circumstances, shipping to certain countries or regions may not be available.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders destined for locations where shipping is unavailable or impractical.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately.

Damaged Packages

To assist with your claim, we may request clear photographs or videos showing the damage to both the packaging and the product.
