At TrendHavenGlobal, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in used but undamaged condition.
- Be returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging whenever possible.
- Not have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.
All return requests must be approved by our customer support team before any item is sent back.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before a tracking number has been issued. Once a tracking number has been generated, your order has entered the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support team to receive return authorization and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
TrendHavenGlobal covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
Customers should not return products until instructed by our support team.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Customer Satisfaction Returns
If you are returning an item because you are no longer satisfied with your purchase, a 75% refund of the purchase price will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these situations.
Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is the result of an error on our part—including but not limited to:
- Receiving the wrong item;
- Receiving a defective product;
- Receiving a damaged product caused before delivery;
you will receive the appropriate resolution at no additional cost. Where applicable, original shipping charges will also be refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To process your request, we require clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue.
After verification, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is believed to be lost during transit, we will first investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier.
Once the investigation has been completed and the package is confirmed to be lost, you may choose either:
- A full refund; or
- A replacement shipment.
Delivered Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been successfully delivered but you believe you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, and your local postal service.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the delivery.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item was received.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
However, customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase may still qualify for a partial refund in accordance with the Customer Satisfaction Returns section above.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or not collected, the package may be held by your local postal service or returned according to the carrier's policies.

Customs Duties and Import Fees
TrendHavenGlobal covers applicable customs duties and import-related fees for orders we ship.
If customs authorities require additional information from the recipient for clearance, customers are responsible for providing the requested information promptly to avoid delays.

This refund policy applies equally to all countries and regions to which TrendHavenGlobal ships.
